Requirements

Lime

On-premise:

  • Lime CRM Server: 2023.1 (2.541.0) or newer
  • Can choose between either the SFTP option or disk option for accessing the exported EDP files.

Cloud:

  • lime-crm 2.541.0 or newer with customizations enabled
  • Must use the SFTP option for accessing the exported EDP files.

EDP / Customer

The following can be ordered / set up before the project starts to make the project run as smooth as possible.

If using the read files from disk option:

  • A folder on disk where the files are exported and where Lime can access them. The folder could be somewhere on the Lime App Server or on a shared disk that Lime have access to.

If using the SFTP option:

  • Make sure that the lime application can reach the SFTP server. This goes for both on-premise Lime hosting and cloud.
  • Host, port number (default 22), username and password must be supplied from the customer to lime consultants.

For both the integration options:

  • A scheduled csv - file export of Customers (LimeKund), Serviceplaces (LimeAnlaggning) and Services (LimeTjanst).

Warning

Please note that the exported EDP files must be unique in their name. So for example if the customer is only running exports once a day, its fine if their name is something like 'LimeKund_20220101.csv', but if they wish to run multiple exports a day they would need to add timestamps to the document name so its not conflicting with other files.
